Robert Moser founded Prime Group and has over 20 years’ experience as an owner, operator and developer of institutional-grade real estate.  Robert oversees all operations, strategic initiatives and investment activities of Prime Group.  Over the past few years, Prime Group has grown to become the largest private owner-operator of self storage in the United States.  Robert acquired and currently has ownership in a $4.5 billion commercial real estate portfolio.  He began his career in the 1990’s as a commercial real estate broker with RJM Properties, where he originated investment sales throughout the northeastern U.S.  Robert resides in Saratoga County with his wife and children.  He and his family are substantial supporters of local charities including Albany Medical Center’s Cleft-Craniofacial Center.  Robert has a BA, with Honors, in Economics from Union College.

Doug Kotelly oversees Prime Group’s investment originations, fund-raising and portfolio management. He has 29 years of institutional real estate experience in virtually all U.S. property and capital markets. Doug has originated and closed over $2 billion of private equity real estate investments during his career, including 10 years running the joint ventures origination team at Boston-based Overland Capital. Prior to that time, he sourced equity co-investments for affiliates of KeyBank and Bank of America, and acquired and managed properties for SunLife Financial. He began his real estate career as an investment analyst for UBS. Doug has an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Finance, summa cum laude, from Boston College, where he ran Varsity Track & Field.

Eric Battesh is responsible for oversight of Prime Group’s portfolio construction and investment performance.  Prior to joining Prime Group, Eric spent 8 years at Endurance Specialty Holdings, where he was responsible for asset allocation, market analysis and manager oversight.  He has a BS in Finance / BA in Mathematics, magna cum laude, from SUNY Buffalo.  Eric is a CFA charterholder.

Dave Galkiewicz coordinates the closings of all property acquisitions and serves as a liaison with all lenders. He has 13 years of real estate industry experience. Dave joined Prime Group in 2003. He has a BS in Business Management from Siena College.

Edmund Moy is Director of Finance for Prime Group and is responsible for sourcing loans on behalf of the company and its funds.  Previously, Edmund was Managing Director of Rialto Mortgage Finance, where he originated commercial loans.  Prior to that time, he held loan origination positions with UBS, Cantor Fitzgerald and Lehman Brothers.  During his 20-year real estate career, Edmund has originated over 600 loans with total debt capitalization of over $3.5 billion.  He holds an MS from New York University and a BA in Business Administration from Pace University.

Tom Richardson manages and coordinates all construction and development activities of Prime Group. He has over 20 years of experience in ground-up construction, cost estimation, design and project management. Prior to joining Prime Group, Tom held project management responsibilities for Bonacio Construction, Bast Hatfield, Gordon Development and NewGround. He also is a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker.

As Chief Compliance Officer for Prime Group Holdings, Brianna Pearce implements and monitors the activities, policies and protocols of the company and its funds. Prior to joining Prime Group, Brianna was Associate General Counsel for Ayco, a Goldman Sachs company, where she provided legal advice related to the firm's financial planning practice and affiliated insurance business. Brianna earned her JD from Albany Law School, MBA from Clarkson University (formerly Union Graduate College) and BS in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Stacie Grimes is responsible for all financial governance and reporting activities of Prime Group. She has held CFO-level and controller positions in retail, manufacturing and commercial real estate. Stacie joined Prime Group in 2008. She has a BA in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo.

Samir Kulkarni oversees all information technology initiatives for Prime Group. He has 13 years of diverse experience in IT infrastructure management, network administration and systems implementation. Prior to Prime Group, Samir worked as an IT management consultant for several mid-sized businesses across New York State. He holds an MS in Information Technology from Clark University and a BS in Engineering from Pune University.

Lisa Moser oversees all corporate operations of Prime Group. She joined Prime Group in 2005 and since then, has successfully implemented a series of operational controls and marketing initiatives. Lisa has 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Previously, she was Staff Manager with Verizon Communications, where she was responsible for customer service and employee productivity for regional districts throughout New York. Lisa has a BA in Sociology, with an emphasis in Business, from Siena College.

Mark Ward is responsible for all human resource functions at Prime Group. Mark has 17 years of experience in human resources. His expertise includes performance management, workplace safety, employee relations and personnel development. Mark has a BS from the University of Anchorage and is a United States Air Force veteran.

Pavlo Zaderej is responsible for the underwriting and investment presentations for all Prime Group acquisitions. He has 14 years of real estate underwriting experience with various firms including Principle Commercial. Pavlo has a Masters and a BS in Accounting from Siena College and a BS in Finance from Boston College.

Joseph Sclafani oversees all construction activities of Prime Group.  He has over 35 years of experience in ground-up construction, entitlement, design, site development and building renovations.  Joseph’s experience is includes project construction services performed for Life Storage Inc. (NYSE: LSI).  He has a BS in Science, with a concentration in Civil/Environmental/Structural Engineering, from the University of Cincinnati.

Brad Galarneau oversees all employee training activities of Prime Group. Having joined the company in 2009, Brad trains employees in disparate locations and implements a standardized, rigorous approach to all facility-level policies and procedures. Previously, he was head of operations at Six Flags Great Escape and Splashwater Kingdom. Brad is a graduate of SUNY Adirondack.

Peter Klotz oversees the development of financial information systems for Prime Group.  He has over 5 years of experience in financial and managerial accounting, plus 4 years as an Information Systems leader in mid-market and real estate development companies.  Peter has a BS in Accounting from Siena College.

Cowles "Monty" Spencer originates acquisitions of self storage properties on behalf of Prime Group, with a regional emphasis on the southeastern U.S.  He has owned and developed real estate as a principal, plus acted as a broker for several national retail chains.  Monty has a BS in Business Management from the University of Mississippi, where he played Varsity Football.

Jennifer Seeley is responsible for corporate administration and has 11 years of experience in real estate and operations. Having joined Prime Group in 2005, Jennifer has successfully managed the firm’s marketing, risk management, licensing and insurance activities. Jennifer has a BS in Business Management from SUNY Adirondack and is a Notary Public.

Tammi Steinberg handles all of Prime Group’s internal accounting activities. She joined Prime Group in 2004, with increasing levels of responsibility. Tammi has 20 years of public accounting experience, having managed the audit departments of two prominent Rochester, NY-based accounting firms from 1984 to 2004. She has a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University.

Harvey Miller originates acquisitions of self storage properties on behalf of Prime Group, with a regional emphasis on the northeastern and midwestern U.S. He has specialized in the self storage industry for well over a decade. Prior to joining Prime Group, Harvey was the northeast regional head of self storage brokerage for Marcus & Millichap. He has a BS in Business Administration from Northwestern University.

Crystal Tyler is responsible for “field” training of self storage employees, particularly just before and after time of acquisition. She is an accomplished trainer in the self storage industry, having prior corporate training experience with Republic Storage and U-Store-It (now CubeSmart). Crystal is a graduate of Arizona Western College.

Don Thomas oversees all marketing initiatives at the property level on behalf of Prime Group.  He has successfully managed over 1,400 units on behalf of an institutional owner.  Don  has additional experience in the technology, media and retail industries.

Meaghan Wilkins oversees Prime Group’s customer service center. Prime has a proprietary system of transferring all incoming facility-level calls to its headquarters; Meaghan handles sales and customer service inquiries. She joined Prime Group in 2010.  Meaghan has an MBA in Hospitality Administration from Johnson & Wales University.

Karin Doughty handles the accounts payable function for Prime Group and oversees various financial and administrative activities of the firm. She has over 20 years of accounting experience and is a Notary Public. Karin joined Prime Group in 2010.

Alysia Monroe manages personnel activities for Prime Group. She joined the company in 2010, and has successively handled increasing levels of responsibility. Alysia graduated, magna cum laude, from SUNY Adirondack and is a Notary Public.
