We provide our investors with self-sourced deal flow, proprietary technology and state-of-the-art revenue and asset management systems. Our current investor base consists of sovereign wealth, domestic and foreign pension plans, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, single/multifamily offices and UNHW individuals. We manage a series of investment funds, including Prime Storage Fund III, which was reported by PERE in 2023 as the largest dedicated self-storage fund ever raised.¹

We view the management of real estate from the operator’s perspective – we possess a passion for improving upon and enhancing properties.
