We are a private equity company that is a vertically integrated real estate owner and property manager. We provide our investors with self-sourced deal flow, proprietary technology and state-of-the-art revenue and asset management systems. Our current investor base consists of sovereign wealth, domestic and foreign pension plans, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, single/multifamily offices and UNHW individuals. We manage a series of investment funds, including the largest self storage dedicated fund ever raised by a vertically integrated owner-operator.
